At ESPACIO, we approach hospitality using the ideology of Omotenashi, or anticipating our guests’ every want. Our attentive associates are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help customize your Hawaii experience. Within the hotel, the ESPACIO butler services can provide design on demand, helping to outfit your suite with seasonal décor or styling it for a special occasion upon your arrival or during your stay. Outside the hotel, ESPACIO guest concierge can organize a bespoke itinerary of unique island experiences.

Each stay at ESPACIO comes with daily continental breakfast and a $100 dining credit at our fine-dining restaurant, Mugen. Grocery service or in-suite dining is available to guests looking to dine in the privacy of their own suite. For a truly unique culinary experience, a private chef can be arranged with advanced reservations to entertain in your suite.
